Ruby Claire Boutique: My New Favorite Tunic

Happy Friday everyone! Can you believe it is already August!? I was sure that I just turned the calendar to July only a few days ago, and now it's already August!

Well, today, I am sharing another outfit with you all! The weather has been ridiculously high lately (I’m talking over 105, ALL WEEK!), so I have had fall on my mind a lot! I usually wait until it is closer to the end of my third month to go through my clothes for my next capsule wardrobe, but with my desire to wish fall upon us, I went through them in the middle of July and began brainstorming what items I might want to add to my wardrobe!

Ruby Claire Tunic

*I was given this tunic in exchange for an honest review. All opinions are 100% my own.

I came upon this tunic from the most adorable boutique, Ruby Claire Boutique, and instantly loved it! This tunic is extremely comfortable! I LOVE the back of it AND it has pockets!! I am instantly sold on anything that has pockets, ha! I love that it is long enough to be worn as a dress (although I am only 5 feet tall, so be mindful that it will be shorter on you if you are taller). But in that case, I would totally wear this with leggings or skinny jeans underneath it! This is actually my first tunic that I’ve ever had, so I was super excited about the endless possibilities that come with it and that it can transition from season to season so easily.

Today, I am styling it for summer with a straw fedora, some small gold bangles, and my favorite fringe sandals. When it is over 100 degrees, there is no way I will be layering anything! But, I am excited to wear it with my jean vest or jacket in the cooler months, or a cardigan with my brown booties, or even with an olive colored vest (still on the lookout for a good one that isn’t too expensive) and leggings. There are so many different possibilities with this tunic and I am so excited to add it to my fall capsule wardrobe. (So be on the lookout, once the weather cools down, to see different ways to style it!) Though, in all honesty, I have already worn it a few times out and about (and received TONS of compliments on it). I just couldn’t wait until fall so I have somewhat just added it to my summer capsule.

  4. Thank you! It's funny because I see other fashion bloggers in the city or something and think I wish I had somewhere fun like that to do photos. But I do love the desert!

  5. Yes! I have put back something that I loved before because it just wasn't comfortable, so that is very important to me!

  6. I love this tunic so much. Pockets are a big winner for me too, and the back of it is so fun and pretty.
